The purpose of New Albany Baptist Church shall be the worship of God, the instruction in the Word of God for all ages, the evangelism of non-Christians, the fellowship of believers, the guiding of new Christians in their spiritual growth, the preaching of the Word of God, the edification of believers, the furthering of the cause of Christian missions and loving service for the needs of others.
It is impossible to discern right doctrine without being a student of the Scriptures and having the illumination of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we affirm our dependence upon the Scriptures for our doctrine and look to the Bible as our final authority.
We are an American Baptist Church. Our local church is affiliated with the Bradford Baptist Association, ABCOPAD, and the ABC-USA.
